Joshua Tree Experts in Westminster

Tree Services, Lawn Care & Pest Control Services

Older Westminster property with mature trees. Iron chlorosis turning the maples yellow. A lawn fighting Front Range drought. Around Westminster, the Front Range weather and soil expose every shortcut a yard ever skipped.

That's the part of the job we take off your plate. Joshua Tree Experts in Westminster handles tree care that respects how spruces and cottonwoods grow in our alkaline Front Range soil, lawn programs tuned to the cool-season grasses thriving here, and pest control that keeps wasps and box elder bugs off your property. Our local crew runs the full Westminster calendar — from late-April pre-emergent through the heat of summer and into fall cleanup.

Let's get your yard looking like the one you've been picturing.

Keeping Your Westminster Property At Its Best

On a Westminster property, a healthy yard depends on three things working together: knowing the north Denver metro soil, timing the work to our climate, and matching treatments to what's actually growing here. We handle every part of it year-round.

ISA-Certified Tree Services

Trees in the Front Range carry real pressure — alkaline soil, intense Colorado drought stress, late spring snowstorms that snap leafed-out branches, and emerald ash borer pressure on green ash. Our Westminster tree services include expert tree trimming done in the right window — for aspens and our native spruces, the timing matters more than most homeowners realize. We focus on weak and crossing limbs, canopy airflow, and the issues that actually show up in this region.

Whether your Westminster yard has blue spruce, quaking aspen, and plains cottonwood, or some mix of all of them, the goal is the same on a Westminster property: trees that get healthier each year, not weaker. Our certified arborists handle every piece, including:

  • Tree trimming, timed to dormancy when possible
  • Tree removal
  • Deep-root fertilization for alkaline-soil deficiencies like iron chlorosis
  • Insect and disease management
  • Cabling & bracing for older cottonwoods and storm-loaded limbs
  • Storm damage cleanup after Front Range hail and wind events

It's the difference between Westminster trees that quietly decline and trees that thrive on the same lot for decades.

Westminster Lawn Care Programs
(Coming Soon)

Lawn care on a Westminster property is a calendar problem. Kentucky bluegrass, Tall fescue, Perennial ryegrass, and Buffalograss each react differently to our alkaline soil and dry summer heat — and what looks great in May can fall apart by August if the program isn't dialed in. Our lawn care programs are built around the cool-season grasses growing here, the time of year, and what your Westminster yard is actually facing:

  • Soil testing and custom fertilization (alkaline soil throws nutrient uptake out of balance — testing matters)
  • Aeration and overseeding timed to our growing season
  • Pre- and post-emergent weed control timed for the Front Range (the first round goes down in late April)
  • Billbug and grub management — the two pests that wreck a lawn here

Done right, the Westminster lawn becomes the easiest part of the property to keep up with.

Licensed Pest Control Services
(Coming Soon)

Pest pressure on a Westminster property is seasonal, predictable, and unforgiving. Wasps and yellowjackets that show up by August. Box elder bugs swarming siding by mid-October. Spiders that appear when temperatures drop. Colorado pest pressure is seasonal but real. Our pest control programs create a real barrier around your home and treat harborage areas before pests build up:

  • Perimeter barrier treatments around your home's foundation
  • Wasp and stinging-insect suppression through summer
  • Mosquito, flea, and tick management (especially important after summer storms)
  • Seasonal pest monitoring and prevention through every part of the year

Done right on a Westminster property, you'll stop noticing the pressure that used to define every summer.
