Keeping Your Erie Property At Its Best
A healthy yard in this part of the north Denver metro comes down to three things: knowing the soil, timing the work to our climate, and using treatments that match what's actually growing here. We offer full-service tree care, lawn care, and pest control to keep your property healthy, safe, and looking its best year-round.
ISA-Certified Tree Services
Around Erie, trees grow under real pressure — alkaline soil, intense Colorado drought stress, late spring snowstorms that snap leafed-out branches, and emerald ash borer pressure on green ash. Our Erie tree services include expert tree trimming done at the right time of year — which, for aspens and our native spruces, makes a real difference in long-term health. We focus on the structural and pest issues actually showing up in this region.
On a typical Erie lot, the trees you see most are blue spruce, quaking aspen, and plains cottonwood. Our certified arborists handle the full scope — pruning, fertilization, structural work, and pest pressure — including:
- Tree trimming, timed to dormancy when possible
- Tree removal
- Deep-root fertilization for alkaline-soil deficiencies like iron chlorosis
- Insect and disease management
- Cabling & bracing for older cottonwoods and storm-loaded limbs
- Storm damage cleanup after Front Range hail and wind events
On an Erie property, the difference shows up in canopy density, leaf color, and the weight on the limbs.
Erie Lawn Care Programs
(Coming Soon)
Most Erie lawns are some mix of Kentucky bluegrass, Tall fescue, Perennial ryegrass, and Buffalograss, and each grass behaves differently in our alkaline soil and dry summer heat. What looks great in May can fall apart by August if the program isn't dialed in. Our lawn care programs stay on the cool-season grasses calendar that actually keeps Erie turf healthy:
- Soil testing and custom fertilization (alkaline soil throws nutrient uptake out of balance — testing matters)
- Aeration and overseeding timed to our growing season
- Pre- and post-emergent weed control timed for the Front Range (the first round goes down in late April)
- Billbug and grub management — the two pests that wreck a lawn here
With the right service at the right time, your Erie lawn grows in thick, green, and healthy. No guesswork; we'll create results you can see.
Licensed Pest Control Services (Coming Soon)
Pest pressure on an Erie property is seasonal, predictable, and unforgiving. Wasps and yellowjackets that show up by August. Box elder bugs swarming siding by mid-October. Spiders that appear when temperatures drop. Colorado pest pressure is seasonal but real. Our pest control programs create a real barrier around your home and treat harborage areas before pests build up:
- Perimeter barrier treatments around your home's foundation
- Wasp and stinging-insect suppression through summer
- Mosquito, flea, and tick management (especially important after summer storms)
- Seasonal pest monitoring and prevention through every part of the year
On an Erie property, you'll get year-round protection with treatments that actually hold up in our climate.
