Tree Services, Lawn Care & Pest Control Services
Mature Seven Springs trees throughout the property. A lawn fighting Tampa Bay humidity and mole crickets. Wasps in places they shouldn't be. A Seven Springs yard that falls a season behind on the Gulf Coast of Florida is hard to bring back without the right plan.
That's exactly where our crew comes in. Joshua Tree Experts in Seven Springs delivers the full picture: tree care that respects live oaks and sabal palms on our sandy Gulf Coast soil, lawn programs built for the warm-season grasses thriving here, and pest control that keeps fire ants and mosquitoes off your yard. We know what Seven Springs properties need every season — from early-February pre-emergent through the long warm season and into hurricane-season cleanup.
Let's build the Seven Springs plan your yard is actually asking for.

Helping Seven Springs Residents Care
For Yards They Love
On a Seven Springs property, a healthy yard depends on three things working together: knowing the North Tampa Bay area soil, timing the work to our climate, and matching treatments to what's actually growing here. We handle every part of it year-round.
ISA-Certified Tree Services
Trees on the Gulf Coast of Florida carry real pressure — extreme summer humidity, sandy Gulf Coast soils that drain too fast, hurricane and tropical-storm wind damage, and pine bark beetle pressure on slash pines. Our Seven Springs tree services include expert tree trimming done in the right window — for live oaks and sabal palms here, the timing matters more than most homeowners realize. We focus on weak and crossing limbs, canopy airflow, and the issues that actually show up in this region.
Your Seven Springs trees should be adding value to the property, not creating stress. Our certified arborists handle every part of caring for the species we see most across Seven Springs — southern live oak, sabal palm, slash pine, southern magnolia, bald cypress, sweetgum, red maple, crape myrtle, yaupon holly — including:
- Tree trimming, timed to the pre-hurricane window when possible
- Tree removal
- Deep-root fertilization tuned for sandy Gulf Coast soil
- Insect and disease management
- Cabling & bracing for older live oaks and storm-loaded limbs
- Storm damage cleanup after Gulf Coast tropical-storm events
It's the difference between Seven Springs trees that quietly decline and trees that thrive on the same lot for decades.
Seven Springs Lawn Care Programs (Coming Soon)
St. Augustine, Bahiagrass, Zoysia, and Centipede are the typical mix on Seven Springs lawns, and each behaves differently in our sandy soil and Gulf Coast humidity. What works in May can fall apart by August if the program isn't dialed in. Our lawn care programs are built around the warm-season grasses growing here:
- Soil testing and custom fertilization tuned to fast-draining sandy soil
- Aeration and overseeding timed to our long growing season
- Pre- and post-emergent weed control timed for the Gulf Coast of Florida (the first round goes down in early February)
- Chinch bug and grub management — the two pests that wreck a lawn here
With the right service at the right time, your Seven Springs lawn grows in thick, green, and healthy. No guesswork; we'll create results you can see.
Licensed Pest Control Services (Coming Soon)
Pest control on a Seven Springs property shouldn't be reactive. Mosquitoes that show up the day after every rain. Fire ants in every flower bed by July. Roaches that don't take a season off. Florida pest pressure runs nearly year-round, and once the pressure shows up, you're already behind. Our pest control programs create a real barrier around your home and stay ahead of the season:
- Perimeter barrier treatments around your home's foundation
- Fire ant and mosquito suppression year-round
- Mosquito, flea, and tick management (especially important after summer storms)
- Seasonal pest monitoring and prevention through every part of the year
You'll get year-round protection with treatments that actually hold up in our climate.

A Company Local To You
On a Seven Springs property, the work is only as good as the people doing it. Our specialists know Seven Springs soil, our climate, our pest pressure, and the species growing in your yard inside and out. There's a real difference between a national chain rolling through with a generic program and a local team that's spent years figuring out what works in this part of Florida.
On a Seven Springs yard, you should never have to guess what was done or why. We document the work, we explain the recommendations, and we charge what we quoted — nothing more.
“They did the jobs quickly, correctly, and cleaned up after.”
