Chase Siebert is the proud owner of Joshua Tree Experts serving the Atlanta, Georgia region — bringing a background in large-scale operational leadership, an unwavering commitment to integrity, and deep roots in a city he knew would be home long before he made it official.

A University of Tennessee graduate in supply chain management and business analytics, Chase built his career at Norfolk Southern, where he served as a Trainmaster overseeing operations and a sizeable workforce across the state of Kentucky. In a high-accountability, safety-critical environment, he developed a leadership style grounded in servant leadership — putting his team first, earning trust through consistency, and holding himself to the same standard he held everyone else. That combination of operational discipline and genuine integrity is the foundation he brings to Joshua Tree Experts Atlanta.

Away from work, Chase channels that same drive into building and racing cars, and has fed a lifelong curiosity about the world through travel to over 35 countries across three continents and counting.
