Helping Highlands Ranch Residents Care
For Their Outdoor Spaces
Around Highlands Ranch, the yards that hold up year after year are the ones where the soil, the timing, and the treatments all line up. We offer full-service tree care, lawn care, and pest control built for the south Denver metro.
ISA-Certified Tree Services
The Front Range is hard on trees — alkaline soil, intense Colorado drought stress, late spring snowstorms that snap leafed-out branches, and emerald ash borer pressure on green ash. Our tree services in Highlands Ranch include expert tree trimming done at the right time of year, especially for aspens and our native spruces. We work to remove weak and crossing limbs, open up airflow, and protect your canopy from the threats that actually show up in the Front Range.
Your trees should add value to your home, not stress you out. Our certified arborists handle every part of caring for the species we see most in Highlands Ranch yards — blue spruce, quaking aspen, and honeylocust — including:
- Tree trimming, timed to dormancy when possible
- Tree removal
- Deep-root fertilization for alkaline-soil deficiencies like iron chlorosis
- Insect and disease management
- Cabling & bracing for older cottonwoods and storm-loaded limbs
- Storm damage cleanup after Front Range hail and wind events
Done at the right time, this is what keeps Highlands Ranch trees standing for the long haul.
Highlands Ranch Lawn Care Programs
Most Highlands Ranch lawns are some mix of Kentucky bluegrass, Tall fescue, Perennial ryegrass, and Buffalograss, and each grass behaves differently in our alkaline soil and dry summer heat. What looks great in May can fall apart by August if the program isn't dialed in. Our lawn care programs stay on the cool-season grasses calendar that actually keeps Highlands Ranch turf healthy:
- Soil testing and custom fertilization (alkaline soil throws nutrient uptake out of balance — testing matters)
- Aeration and overseeding timed to our growing season
- Pre- and post-emergent weed control timed for the Front Range (the first round goes down in late April)
- Billbug and grub management — the two pests that wreck a lawn here
When the calendar is right, your Highlands Ranch lawn takes care of itself the rest of the year.
Licensed Pest Control Services
Around Highlands Ranch, the pest pressure runs the same way every year. Wasps and yellowjackets that show up by August. Box elder bugs swarming siding by mid-October. Ants on the kitchen counter the first warm week. Colorado pest pressure is seasonal but real, and a one-time spray won't keep up with it. Our pest control programs create a real barrier around your property and stay ahead of the season:
- Perimeter barrier treatments around your home's foundation
- Wasp and stinging-insect suppression through summer
- Mosquito, flea, and tick management (especially important after summer storms)
- Seasonal pest monitoring and prevention through every part of the year
Year after year, this is what keeps Highlands Ranch properties out of the worst of the season.
